• Bachelor's degree in PM or related field preferred.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, preparing construction schedules, and utilizing project management tools.
• Strong time management, organization, leadership, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of projects, ensuring effective planning and execution.
• Conduct preliminary research for all project requests by reviewing requirements and specifications.
• Refine and implement project management methodologies, tools, and practices for continuous process improvement.
• Oversee project team members throughout the project lifecycle by planning, assigning, scheduling, monitoring, and evaluating performance.
• Address contract modifications and track and approve change orders.
• Prepare and submit precise monthly draw requests.
• Participate in job site meetings and maintain clear communication with directors.
• Handle multiple projects, conduct site visits, and meet quality, safety, and staffing objectives.
• Resolve issues related to change orders, RFIs, inspections, and punch list items.
• Create and manage submittals, RFIs, and close-out documents.

• 3-5 years of project management experience preferred.
• Electrical project experience.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, preparing construction schedules, and utilizing project management tools.

Other requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Spanish is required.
