Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager in Saint Paul, MN to lead project delivery and improve client experience. You will manage projects from inception to completion, coordinate stakeholders, and guide teams to high performance in a collaborative, global environment.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in engineering/architecture/construction management and 4–6 years in project management, with proficiency in project management software and a PMP preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

On-site -St. Paul, MN

Estimated compensation for this position:

100,000.00 - 115,500.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
