DPR Construction is seeking a senior-level construction project leader in Sacramento, CA to deliver end-to-end project outcomes. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, manage project performance, and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience, with OSHA 30 preferred and exposure to risk management. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.
Manages construction project individuals to deliver high-quality results and foster professional growth. Provides full project leadership with accountability for end-to-end project delivery, representing the project team and resolving complex execution, stakeholder, and risk-related issues. Oversees the successful delivery of construction project(s) by providing advanced knowledge of construction activities, methodologies, and industry standards. Manages and develops the full project team, including project engineers and assistant project managers, through coaching, feedback, and performance oversight. Manages and coordinates multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met. Ensures efficient project execution by monitoring team progress, analyzing project performance, identifying and resolving both routine and complex issues, owning project financials, contract administration, risk management, and complex stakeholder negotiations to achieve financial targets and mitigate risk.
