The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong contract management skills, budgeting and scheduling experience, and the ability to work with diverse faculty, students, staff, and the community. A valid driver’s license is required.

Under the general direction of the Director of Planning & Construction Services, the incumbent is responsible for managing assigned major and/or minor construction projects, including all aspects of project management during development, planning, design, construction, and final close‑out.
Valid driver’s license and maintenance of a good driving record.
