Actalent is hiring a Construction Project Manager for commercial and healthcare builds in Richmond, Virginia. This onsite role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring exceptional client experiences.

You will oversee doors, frames and hardware projects, coordinate scheduling and engineering, and manage change orders and RFIs. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of PM experience, strong communication skills, and a track record in division 5 and 8 construction.

Job Type & Location

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $182000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
