Responsibilities:

• Ensure value creation in the engagement
• Manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives.
• Manage engagement profitability by managing various variables
• Proactively engage with the client to understand the business engagements
• Lead | manage | develop and engage the team
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks & issues (including escalations) for delivery of the program
• Good Understanding of SDLC Waterfall model and Agile
• PMP Certified
• Understanding of Forecast, Utilization

Must Have:

• Experienced in handling end to end project execution
• Experienced in handling Vendor, Budget Management
• Good Understanding of US customer & Healthcare Market
• PMP Certified
