You should not apply for this role if you will require Toyota to assist with immigration support or sponsorship now or in the future.

A typical day may include aligning business, engineering, and architecture partners, resolving blockers, and keeping delivery moving toward key milestones and measurable outcomes.

  • Lead cross‑functional technical programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment to business and engineering objectives.
  • Partner with business, engineering, and architecture teams to shape, launch, and improve high‑impact capabilities.
  • Coordinate launch planning across multiple teams to keep timelines, dependencies, and deliverables on track.
  • Develop and maintain the mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs that help large‑scale programs run efficiently.
  • Influence technical and product strategy using data‑driven insights, prioritization, and proactive risk management.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, surface risks early, and drive issue resolution in partnership with Product Management and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and triage the program intake queue to ensure requests are prioritized, categorized, and tracked effectively.
  • Build strong collaboration across teams and help create a culture of accountability, speed, and continuous improvement.
What you bring

  • 6+ years of experience managing complex technology programs and working directly with engineering teams.
  • Experience leading large, customer‑facing, cross‑functional initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Ability to develop and drive technical roadmaps with a strong focus on execution, accountability, and results.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Added bonus if you have Advanced degree such as a Master’s degree or MBA that deepens your strategic perspective.
  • PMP certification or AWS Practitioner certification that strengthens your project delivery expertise.
