Project Manager - Commercial & Industrial Interiors
Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
$100,000 - $120,000 + Annual Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

Excellent opportunity on offer for a Project Manager looking to join a highly regarded organization, where you will work on local technically interesting projects whilst working for a stable company that are well known to look after their staff.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in commercial or industrial interiors? Are you looking to join a well-established, growth-focused firm where your leadership and expertise will have a direct impact on high-profile projects across the DFW metroplex?

This is a well-established General Contractor with over 20 years of success delivering premium interior build-outs for some of the region's top commercial clients. As they enter an exciting phase of expansion, they're seeking a driven Project Manager to join their close-knit team and take ownership of key projects from pre-construction through closeout.

In this role you'll be leading the full project lifecycle on a variety of commercial and industrial interior fit-outs, managing subcontractor performance, site operations, schedules, and safety protocols. Coordinating with architects, designers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, managing budgets, procurement, and vendor negotiations. Ensuring all work meets or exceeds client expectations and contractual standards while reporting to executive leadership.

This role would suit someone experienced in commercial interiors and/or industrial interiors who is looking to work for a stable organization where you will enjoy feeling part of a close-knit team.
