Job summary

Rothrock Civil Construction is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. We value teamwork, collaboration and integrity as we work on earthwork, paving and utilities projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management and 3–5 years of project management experience, with strong skills in blueprints interpretation and scheduling software. DOE salary and full benefits offered.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• 3–5 years of progressive project management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, contract documents and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software.
• Ability to pass pre-employment requirements including background check, drug screening and acceptable motor vehicle report with a valid driver's license.

What You Bring
