Job description

We are based in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance. This position is located on our campus and may require relocation to the area. Travel across the US (and abroad if desired) is part of the role as a Project Manager for Epic software installations and post-go-live support.

Overview

Join our Project Management team to drive impactful projects that improve patient care in healthcare organizations. You will use project management skills to present to hospital leadership, coordinate end-user training, and provide comprehensive support as healthcare providers go live with our software. You will have autonomy in decision-making with support and guidance from the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead software installation projects and ensure successful adoption by new Epic customers.
• Travel to healthcare sites across the US (and abroad if interested) to manage project activities.
• Present to hospital leadership, coordinate end-user training, and provide go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with typical trips lasting 2-4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.
