Job summary

H&H, a nationally recognized infrastructure engineering firm, invites a Project Manager to join the Philadelphia, PA office. You will oversee medium to complex projects, manage scope, schedule and budgets, and supervise project teams from planning through construction.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering (MS preferred), a PE license, and 12+ years of design-focused experience, with familiarity in Alternate Delivery Methods and major local clients.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required; MS preferred.
• PE License required.
• A minimum of twelve years of engineering experience with a focus on design (Structural Preferred).
• Past experience as a Project Manager or Design Manager.
• Experience with Alternate Delivery Methods.
• Experience with local clients such as SEPTA, Amtrak, NJ TRANSIT, MTA, MBTA.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a design team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project delivery for medium value or moderately complex projects
• Manage the project plan and resource requests
• Provide overall supervision and tracking of the project deliverable and finances
• Ensure project activities and submissions adhere to the Quality Management Plan
• Ensure the project activities and submissions adhere to the firm technical policies
• Responsible for supervision of the project team
• Participate in proposals for opportunity pursuits in development of management approach and cost
• Prepare scope, schedule and budget for projects
• Foster Teamwork through identification of project assignments for work-sharing
• Coordinate with other business units through project assignment work sharing
• Attend project meetings to present specific aspects of work assignments
• Routinely interact with clients and stakeholders
