Job summary

H&H in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of medium-value and moderately complex infrastructure projects. The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and a track record of 12+ years in design-focused engineering, with leadership across project teams and client-facing responsibilities.

MS degree preferred, and experience with alternative delivery methods is a plus.

• Responsible for supervision of the project team
• Participate in proposals for opportunity pursuits in development of management approach and cost
• Prepare scope, schedule and budget for projects
• Foster Teamwork through identification of project assignments for work-sharing
• Coordinate with other business units through project assignment work sharing
• Attend project meetings to present specific aspects of work assignments
• Routinely interact with clients and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• BS in Civil Engineering required; MS preferred
• PE License required
• A minimum of twelve years of Engineering experience with a focus on design (Structural Preferred)
• Past experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Deputy Project Manager or Design Manager
• Past Experience with Alternate Delivery Methods
• Experience with local client base such as SEPTA, Amtrak, NJ TRANSIT, MTA, MBTA
• Ability to work effectively as part of a design team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
