Job summary

Responsibilities Develop accurate project cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts to support successful project execution and profitability. Lead estimating activities and ensure a seamless transition from project bidding through construction and completion. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to effectively manage resources, schedules, and project deliverables. Create and maintain detailed project plans while building and sustaining strong client relationships. Manage project documentation, databases, and procurement activities, including vendor and subcontractor negotiations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and industry experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, estimating tools, Bluebeam Revu, and standard construction industry practices. Minimum of 15 years of construction industry experience, including at least 5 years focused on estimating and preconstruction activities. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and project management skills. Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, project delivery processes, and cost control principles. Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Competitive salary and bonus structure based on performance and longevity. Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, health, and life insurance. Generous Paid Time Off and paid holidays. 4.5-day workweek with a half-day Friday.
