Job summary

Aria Care Partners is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology, operational, and business transformation initiatives across our organization. You will partner with executive leadership, stakeholders, and vendors to drive growth, efficiency, and scalability, delivering EMR/Salesforce integrations and AI-enabled solutions.

The role focuses on governance, standard practices, and successful delivery while coordinating remote teams and managing complex programs across multiple sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading technology or healthcare initiatives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with external vendors.
  • PM/Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Independently lead projects from planning through implementation and transition.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, risks, and communications.
  • Maintain project documentation and logs for accountability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage activities with external vendors and partners to meet objectives.
  • Lead initiatives involving EMR, Salesforce, and enterprise apps.
  • Support AI-enabled tools and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Support PM methodologies, templates, and reporting practices.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and change management.

About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for leading technology, operational, and business transformation initiatives across Aria Care Partners. This role partners with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver projects that drive growth, efficiency, innovation, and scalability.

Projects may include EMR implementations, Salesforce enhancements, enterprise integrations, AI initiatives, automation, data migrations, operational improvements, and merger & acquisition integrations. The Project Manager will also help establish and promote project management standards, governance, and best practices across the organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Independently lead projects from planning through implementation, stabilization, and operational transition.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and communications.
  • Maintain project documentation, issue logs, decision logs, and action items to ensure accountability and transparency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage project activities involving external vendors, consultants, and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Lead initiatives involving EMR platforms, Salesforce, enterprise applications, integrations, automation, data migrations, and emerging technologies.
  • Support the implementation of AI-enabled tools and solutions that improve operational efficiency, productivity, and user experience.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of project management methodologies, standards, templates, reporting practices, and delivery processes.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, training coordination, and user adoption.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading technology, healthcare, operational, or enterprise initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Experience delivering technology or business transformation projects involving EMR/EHR platforms, Salesforce, enterprise applications, integrations, automation, data migration, AI-enabled solutions, or process improvement.
  • Healthcare services, healthcare technology, payer/provider, or life sciences experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, business integrations, or post-acquisition technology and operational transitions is a plus.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification is a plus
Qualities You Have
  • Strong leadership, organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business, technical, and executive teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while leading cross-functional initiatives and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable outcomes.
  • Demonstrates accountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
  • Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on a computer.
