DataMap.ai is an AI-first technology consulting and solutions company focused on enterprise systems and automation. We build applications, implement ERP platforms, and provide managed services and production support at scale. Our clients include Fortune 500 enterprises and high-growth companies such as Google. They rely on us to modernize operations and automate workflows in ways that produce measurable business value.
DataMap is growing fast. We value innovation and collaboration, we work with urgency, and we reward speed, precision, and accountability. Teams here have the authority to solve complex enterprise problems and deliver results.
At DataMap, projects run the way we expect every project to run in five years, with AI copilots drafting plans, surfacing risks, and writing first-draft status reports. That frees more of your time for clients and outcomes.
You manage every type of work on your projects, are the primary point of contact for the client, and go after the next piece of business that grows out of the relationship. Functional consultants bring the domain depth, and DataMap's delivery leadership supports you on escalations, so you can concentrate on leading the team, delivering the project, and growing what comes next.
As a Project Manager, you manage projects of every type end to end, from mobilization through deployment and support. Project management at DataMap owns the management of all of our work, which covers everything: customer work, partner work, partnership growth, internal projects, and operations projects. The work ranges from implementations of partner platforms for enterprise clients and development of the products and customer portals we build and sell (Positron, RoboApprover, Itemova EDI SaaS) to the partnership-growth, internal, and operations projects that make DataMap itself run and grow. You are the primary point of contact for your stakeholders, whether client, partner, or internal, and you are accountable for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and the client relationship on each project. You make day-to-day delivery decisions within the agreed scope, plan, and budget, and you bring scope, commercial, and delivery risk to delivery leadership early.
You also go after business development on the projects you are on and lead your team members. Business development means identifying leads for new software and service sales, drafting the orders, and getting customer signatures, with guidance from Sales and delivery leadership. Leading your team means you proactively engage its members, ask what they're working on, suggest course corrections, and drive business outcomes.
You'll use AI tools every day, and at this level you're expected to build your own AI-assisted workflow for delivery and business development, including first-draft orders.
Project management at DataMap has a defined five-level ladder that runs from delivery support to leading the practice: Project Coordinator, Senior Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Director of Project Management. We post every level and promote from within, and moving up depends on performance and on the needs of the business. Beyond the Director level, the path continues into executive leadership, such as DataMap's Vice President, Operations & Delivery.
At this level you are accountable for the projects you run and the client relationships that come with them, you go after business development on those projects, and you lead the team members who deliver them. Strong Project Managers can grow into Senior Project Manager, where they run programs with executive sponsors, expand those practices to program and account scale, lead others inside and outside the PMO, and drive change in process, structure, visibility, communications, and change management. Along the way you work on Fortune 500 client engagements and build AI-first delivery skills that carry into every level.
