Civil Engineering Project Manager – Land Development

We’re working with a nationally recognized engineering and environmental consulting firm known for its collaborative culture, technical excellence, and commitment to delivering impactful, community-focused projects. With a growing presence across Florida, the firm is looking to add a Civil Engineer with strong land development experience who is ready to step into a project management role.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid position based in either Orlando or West Palm Beach, offering flexibility and exposure to a diverse range of residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects. You’ll take ownership of project delivery, client coordination, and team mentorship—playing a key role in the firm’s continued growth in the Florida market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead land development projects from design through construction
• Oversee and mentor junior staff and designers
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies
• Design site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility plans using Civil 3D
• Ensure quality control, timelines, and budget adherence across projects

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related)
• Minimum 5 years of civil site/land development experience
• Active PE license (Florida or ability to obtain quickly)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong interest in growing into a full project management and leadership role
• Candidates must currently reside in Florida or have plans to relocate within the state
