Job summary

Software Resources has an immediate, contract job opportunity for a Senior Technical Project Manager in Orlando, FL. The role is four days on-site with Fridays remote.

You will identify, plan and coordinate a set of related projects within a program, manage interdependencies and lead project schedule, scope, quality, cost and performance risks, working with cross-discipline teams and business partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of technical project/program experience with cross-departmental teams and enterprise level solutions.
• Ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of a project.
• Experience managing project financials.
• Ability to manage and mitigate risks and issues.

Software Resources has an immediate, contract job opportunity for a Project Manager with a major corporation in Orlando, FL. 4 days per week on-site, Fridays remote.

Must Haves:

• Will be responsible for financials, work with multiple teams and teams that do not work directly with this team
• Need to be very collaborative, strong communication skills and ability to navigate multiple conversations
• Preferred understanding of SAP / knowing various integrations from a warehouse experience and what they do in SAP is desirable
• Must be detailed especially with risks/issues/end mitigation - problems must have solutions and must be able to identify what are risks and the solutions for them.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Technical Project Manager you will identify, plan and coordinate a set of related projects within a program and manage their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies. You will also apply project management principles and techniques to lead project schedule, scope, quality, cost and performance risks. The Senior Technical Project Manager will work closely with cross-discipline technology teams, leadership and business partners to understand technical and business direction, milestones and budget, as well as provide thought leadership to project management team.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of technical project/program experience working with cross-departmental teams and enterprise level solutions
• Excellent ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of a project
• Experience managing project financials
• Ability to manage and mitigate risks and issues

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of SAP transactions
• Warehouse management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
