Job summary

AgCountry Farm Credit Services seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects that support operational improvements and strategic goals. You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define scope, milestones, and timelines, identify risks, and drive execution from initiation through completion.

The incumbent will work three days weekly in the Omaha, NE office and collaborate across AgCountry, FCSAmerica, and Frontier Farm Credit to achieve

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Technology, Economics, Finance or a related field preferred.
  • 6+ years of project management experience coordinating work across teams and delivering programs.
  • PMI certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects through lifecycle from planning to implementation and transition to operations.
  • Develop and maintain charters, project plans, timelines, milestones, risks and issues.
  • Monitor progress and address scope, schedule, cost, quality, or outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and change management; ensure timely status updates.

Job Summary

***Incumbent must work three days each week in the Omaha, NE office***

We are seeking an experienced Project Managerto plan, coordinate, and deliver projects that support operational improvements, business transformation initiatives, and cross-functional efforts aligned with the Associations' strategic goals.The Project Manager partners and collaborates with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define project scope,establishkey milestones, develop project timelines,identifyand mitigate risks, and ensure successful execution from initiation through completion. This rolefacilitatescommunication among stakeholders, monitors project progress, resolves issues, and provides regular status updates to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieves the desired business outcomes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Project Management
  • Coordinate projects through lifecycle, from planning to implementation and transitioning to ongoing business operations.
  • Develop andmaintainproject charters, project plans, timelines, key milestones, risks, issues, dependencies.
  • Monitorproject’sprogress and proactively address issues that impact scope, schedule, cost, quality, or outcomes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with agreedobjectives, timelines, and business expectations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support change management, teammate readiness, communications, training, and adoption planning.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status to team members,stakeholdersand leadership.
  • Build strong relationships to enable effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Escalate critical concerns appropriately andfacilitaterisk/issue resolution across stakeholder groups.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree inProject Management,Business Administration,Technology, Economics,Financeor a related fieldpreferred.
Years of Experience
  • 6+yearsofproject management experience, including the ability to coordinate the work of others, build positive relationships across the organization, and provide coaching and guidance to project or program team members when needed.
Certification and Technical Requirements
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent project management certification preferred.
