Job summary

BuzzClan is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead initiatives using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies. The role emphasizes MS Project proficiency, PMBOK familiarity, and clear communication with stakeholders.

The candidate should be highly analytical, well-organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work is required with a standard 40-hour week and flexible hours between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Job description

Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies.

• Strong familiarity with and/or the ability to use MS Project.
• Understanding and experience with the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide and Standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Well-organized and detail oriented.

Location & Schedule:

This position will perform 40 hours of work per week typically accrued anytime between the agency’s standard working hours of 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday-Friday. Overtime will not be approved. The position will be expected to perform work onsite for a minimum of 3 days per work week, with an expectation to work onsite additional days depending on project requirements for a given week.
