Comfort Systems USA Shoffner in Blountville, TN is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects focusing on mechanical and plumbing systems.

You will lead coordination with architects, engineers, and clients, ensure safety and compliance, manage budgets and timelines, and supervise foremen or superintendents on site. This role values reliability, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to on-site changes while delivering quality projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience.
• 2+ years of project management preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from cradle to grave.
• Obtain regulations and permits as needed.
• Order materials, coordinate equipment, and manage change orders.
• Ensure alignment with plans and on-site adaptability.
• Manage Foreman and/or Superintendent and communicate progress to clients.

Be flexible about changes required on site.* Manage Foreman and/or Superintendent.* Communicate with clients and deliver progress reports.* Adhere to budget, timeline, and quality control plans.* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other specialists.* Ensure all building codes and regulations are followed.* Work with the Safety Department to ensure the upmost safety standards are upheld.* Other duties as assigned.**Experience or Certification needed:*** 7+ years of Commercial Construction experience.* 2+ years of Project Management is preferred.* OSHA 10 required.
