The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships while ensuring successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial construction experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Experience with Construction Management-at-Risk (CMAR) and Design-Build project delivery methods is highly preferred.
