Miller Resource Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial automation projects for manufacturers across multiple industries. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years managing industrial automation or controls projects in manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Experience managing full lifecycle from design to commissioning.
  • Working knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and/or MES.
  • Understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and process control systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Manage automation and control system projects from design through startup and commissioning.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing project updates, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership and technical subject matter experts to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support proposal development and participate in customer discussions during the sales process.
  • Mentor engineers and junior project managers on project execution methodologies and best practices.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed for project meetings, commissioning activities, and customer support.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 (Most hires fall within the $120,000 range.)

An established engineering and automation systems integrator is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial automation projects for manufacturers across a variety of industries. What You\'ll Do

  • Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, from design through commissioning.
  • Working knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and/or MES technologies.
  • Understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and process control systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Ability to pass background checks and/or drug screening when required by customer sites.
Preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
  • Industry certifications related to automation, project management, or control systems.
