Job Title: Residential Construction Project Manager

Location: Manhattan, New York

Join a leading construction firm in Manhattan specializing in high-end residential projects. We are known for delivering luxury homes and apartments with a focus on quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a highly organized and driven Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects from start to finish.

As a Residential Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with experience in residential construction and a strong ability to lead and coordinate teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from pre-construction planning to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design specifications are met.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, permits, and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays to keep projects on track.
• Prepare reports on project status, costs, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a focus on residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and blueprints.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• NYC Site Safety Manager certification is a plus.
