Job Details

Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for leading electrical construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients while overseeing all project phases, including planning, execution, financial management, and closeout. Working closely with the Branch Manager, the Project Manager evaluates project risks, manages changes, and ensures all deliverables meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of assigned projects, including scope, budget, schedule, and overall execution
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction
• Build and sustain client partnerships to support repeat business and long-term growth
• Review and understand project plans, specifications, and contractual requirements
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure high-quality workmanship across all phases
• Support contract review and ensure compliance with project terms
• Identify and manage scope changes; document and process change orders effectively
• Prepare and submit payment applications, submittals, change requests, and closeout documentation in a timely manner
• Partner with purchasing to negotiate vendor and subcontractor agreements
• Attend project meetings and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project financials and update project status in ERP systems
• Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and communication standards are consistently met
