Job summary

GREY, part of WPP, is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate all project execution across TV, Digital, Print, and Mobile for assigned brands. You will serve as the main hub of communication, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and budgets under 1M.

A proactive problem-solving mindset and collaboration with cross-functional teams are required. The role emphasizes managing timelines, resources, and risks, with a base salary range and a hybrid in-office work arrangement.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience within Advertising or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent language and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the project plan and work with discipline leads to execute plans.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure deliverables.
  • Plan and prioritize all deliverables across projects based on scope and goals.
  • Monitor risks and scope creep; identify and address potential problems.
  • Develop timelines with input from relevant departments.
  • Update timelines with changes and keep accurate records.
  • Identify client needs and link solutions to objectives.
  • Manage client expectations and solicit feedback.
  • Assist in developing and tracking integrated project plans with Senior PMs.
  • Prepare submissions for projects.
  • Remind team of due dates and escalate shifts.
  • Review weekly estimates vs actuals and submit timesheets.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Project Manager has the primary responsibility to coordinate the execution of all projects (TV, Digital, Print, Mobile, etc.) for all assigned brands. This position is the hub of communication for the teamregardingall project deliverables. The Project Manager is an enthusiastic problem solver and thrives on being engaged at all levels of the project. As the key point of contact for both the client and the project team, the Project Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of an engagement.You willbe responsible forprojects each with budgets less than1mmand ensuring that the team delivering the work has everything they need to make Famously Effective work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for developing and managing the project plan and working with discipline leads and project teams to execute on plans.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and projectdeliverablesdates are clearly communicated,understoodand executed upon.
  • Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals.
  • Activelymonitorproject risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactivelyidentifysolutions to address them in advance.
  • Develop timelines with input from relevant departments.
  • Update timelines based on client and/or internal changes, keepingaccuratetimelines throughout the life of the job.
  • Consistentlyidentifyneeds that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked toobjectivesand future needs.
  • Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, andsolicitand act on client feedback.
  • Assistin the development and tracking of integrated project plans alongside Senior Project Managers.
  • Prepare submissions for projects.
  • Remind team members of upcoming due dates and alert the key partners should if dates shift along the life cycle of the task.
  • Review weekly estimates v. actuals and submit accurate timesheetson a daily basis.
  • Coordinate and run weekly statusmeetingand provide day-to-day project status to the team.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Proven project management, time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently handle multipletasks
  • High levelof language and communication skills as well as an interest in high science
  • 3-5 years’ experience withinAdvertising or related industry

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.

Pay Range

$45,000 - $100,000 USD
