Summary:

  • We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Integrated Project Manager.
  • This role is responsible for managing complex, cross-functional projects that span experiential activations, events, and creative content development.
  • You’ll serve as the operational lead across timelines, teams, and deliverables—ensuring seamless collaboration between creative, production, content, experiential teams and internal clients and business partners.
  • This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on keeping projects moving, solving problems before they happen, and building clarity across disciplines.
  • From immersive experiences and internal events to digital campaigns and branded content, you’ll help bring creative ideas to life—on time, on brief, and on budget.

Project Management

  • Own day-to-day project workflow for both creative and events—building timelines, managing dependencies, and facilitating approvals.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across design, copy, content, production, and event teams.
  • Run internal reviews, track deliverables, and ensure milestones are met at every stage of development.

Creative & Content Execution

  • Oversee production timelines for creative assets, including branding, environmental design, video, motion, and social content.
  • Manage the creative process from concept through delivery, ensuring all assets are aligned to brief and timeline.
  • Act as liaison between creative teams and internal stakeholders to maintain clarity and momentum.

Experiential & Event Support

  • Manage the project lifecycle for internal and external experiences—activations, summits and conferences, installations, and events.
  • Collaborate with producers to ensure creative deliverables are integrated into fabrication and logistics workflows.
  • Support pre-production, run-of-show development, and wrap documentation for key moments.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Facilitate clear communication across all project contributors and departments.
  • Translate strategic and creative briefs into actionable plans with clear owners and deadlines.
  • Anticipate risks, solve problems proactively, and keep stakeholders informed of progress and changes.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Track scopes and timelines against allocated hours, budgets, and team bandwidth.
  • Support project resourcing, flag constraints, and recommend adjustments when needed.
  • Help maintain internal project documentation, calendars, and reporting tools.
  • Help to onboard agency and vendor support as needed, managing invoices and budgets.

Who You Are

  • Background in supporting internal comms, leadership events, or employee experience initiatives
  • Comfort with fast-paced environments and creative teams that move quickly
