Qualifications

Responsibilities

Location: New York City Metropolitan Area

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are partnering with a well-established heavy civil contractor seeking experienced Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to support major transit and infrastructure projects throughout the New York metropolitan area.

Assistant Project Managers with strong transit experience are encouraged to apply. Title and level will be determined based on experience, project history, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a General Contractor
• Direct experience on NYCTA, LIRR, or Amtrak projects
• Experience on projects valued at $60M+
• Strong background in scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and project delivery
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and stakeholders
• Field-oriented mindset with the ability to support and lead project execution
