Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Queens, NY, overseeing concrete-related projects from planning through completion. The role involves working closely with expeditors, inspectors, logistics teams, and field staff to secure permits, arrange deliveries, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. The Project Manager will review plans and specifications, monitor site activities, resolve issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders. Daily tasks also include documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of processes to support efficient project execution.
Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Inspection processes and standards relevant to construction and concrete work.
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management, including material delivery coordination and site supply chain planning.
  • Experience in construction or concrete industry preferred; familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities on site.
  • Ability to work on-site in Queens, NY, collaborate with diverse teams, and make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant education in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
