Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in steel erection, structural steel, ironwork, or related construction for a full-time direct hire opportunity in Nashville, TN. Qualifications

• 10–15 years of project management and/or steel erection/ironwork experience.
• Strong background in structural steel, steel erection, ironwork, or commercial/industrial construction.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, field operations, and teams.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work closely with field personnel, superintendents, estimators, and vendors.
