The role requires 3-5 years of PM experience in mechanical construction, strong proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across field

Project Manager – Commercial Mechanical Construction

$90,000 - $120,000+ Base Salary + Bonus + Vehicle Allowance

Job Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of commercial mechanical construction projects, from project kickoff through closeout. You'll oversee budgets, schedules, client relationships, subcontractors, documentation, and financial performance while ensuring successful project execution. Projects are typically large-scale commercial developments ranging from approximately $10M-$15M+, with most job sites located within a few hours of Nashville.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance
• Coordinate subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Lead client communications and project meetings
• Manage RFIs, submittals, buyouts, and closeouts
