This individual will manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and client relationships while leading multidisciplinary teams in delivering high‑quality engineering solutions. Candidates with experience in transportation, site civil, coastal engineering, hydrology and hydraulics (H&H), water resources, federal, municipal, land development, or related infrastructure markets are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from planning and design through construction.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

• Experience with business development and proposal preparation is preferred.
