Job summary

Velociti is hiring a Project Manager in Riverside, MO to lead large-scale initiatives that shape our clients' success. You will guide cross-functional teams, influence executive stakeholders, and ensure flawless execution on high-impact projects.

You’ll partner with account managers, schedulers, and technicians to align priorities, manage budgets, risks, and governance, and deliver measurable business results while strengthening client relationships at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, project management or related experience with complex, strategic projects.
• Proven ability to lead collaborative cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple mid-size to complex projects and programs from concept to completion.
• Partner with account managers, schedulers, and technicians to align schedules and priorities.
• Schedule field technicians for assigned jobs and communicate all relevant project details, such as job site location, tasks to be performed, required materials, and timelines, to ensure successful project execution.
• Represent Velociti with senior-level clients, ensuring expectations are clear and outcomes exceed standards.
• Oversee strategic initiatives and implement governance frameworks.
• Drive risk management, budgets, documentation, and communication with precision.
• Build and inspire high-performing project teams to deliver results on time and within budget.
