Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in St. Paul, MN is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from initial estimate to completion. This role blends relationship-building, sales, and project oversight to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

You will collaborate with a Construction Superintendent to manage contractors, ensure high quality standards, and keep projects on track while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration and/or construction project management.
• Proficiency with Xactimate (estimating software).
• Background in disaster mitigation/restoration is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage estimates for restoration projects (fire, water, mold, storm, etc.) using Xactimate.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution alongside a Superintendent.
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards on all job sites.
• Support marketing and relationship-building initiatives to grow accounts.
• Attend client meetings and represent ServiceMaster DSI professionally.
• Monitor financial performance and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and contribute to team development.

About the Role
