K Komfort Heating & Cooling in Wisconsin seeks an HVAC Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from handoff to closeout at the Grafton office, coordinating schedules, cost control, field activities, and client communications to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery across Milwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay metro areas.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year PM experience in HVAC, can read drawings, and are proficient with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, MS Project, and MS Office.
Location: This role is based out of our Grafton, WI office.
Project Coverage: Milwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay metro areas.

We are seeking an HVAC Project Manager to manage mechanical construction projects from handoff through closeout. This role is responsible for schedule coordination, cost control, field coordination, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
