The role focuses on planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining plans and budgets, supervising site activity, negotiating contracts and changes, and communicating progress to senior management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
