Fortis Native Group LLC in Miami, Florida, seeks a Project Manager for 100% onsite mechanical services work. You will report to the Program Manager and coordinate six sites (including three remote) to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in scope.

Required: 5+ years managing mechanical services; HVAC experience; ability to read contracts; OSHA 30 and related certifications preferred. A background check and pre-employment drug screen are required.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience managing a workforce providing mechanical services.
• Ability to read and interpret contract specifications; GSA knowledge is a plus.
• HVAC and mechanical experience required.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
• QCM, EM 385-1-1 certifications and CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Background checks and pre-employment drug screening required.

Fortis Native Group is interviewing for a Project Manager for our project in Miami Florida. The Project Manager will report to the Program Manager. This position would be 100% onsite.

Position Description

• Define and develop project plans/ schedules in accordance with contract SOW
• Tracking project progress and report back to leadership all findings in a timely manner
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives and ensure contractual compliance
• Management of multiple sites (6) including remote locations (3)
• Coordinate the completion of projects on time within budget and within scope of work
• Set deadlines, goals, and milestones
• Assign responsibilities and employee duties and monitor project progress to identify efficiencies
• Verification and responsibility on reports being sent to the government and Fortis leadership on all activities
• Prepare reports for corporate leadership regarding status of project, not limited to employee schedules, tracking of complete Service & Task Orders, Safety & OSHA compliance, etc
• Coordinating the submittal effort with subcontractors and material suppliers to ensure accuracy
• Ensure financial thresholds are maintained on all contract related activities

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in managing a workforce providing mechanical services
• Position requires knowledge and experience in reading and interpreting contract specifications. GSA contract knowledge a plus.
• HVAC & Mechanical experience (required)
• OSHA 30-Hour certification (preferred)
• QCM certification (preferred)
• EM 385-1-1 certification (preferred)
• CPR/ First Aid certified (preferred)
• Experience with MCMMS (preferred)
• Must pass both a detail background check, including a GSA suitability determination and a pre-employment drug screening prior to hire. Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 a year
