  • Support implementation of the Graduation Initiative and coordinate activities designed to improve student retention, persistence, financial clearance, and degree completion.
  • Convene and coordinate project implementation meetings; prepare agendas, document decisions, maintain action-item logs, and follow up with responsible parties.
  • Monitor project progress against established performance measures and promptly identify delays, implementation barriers, risks, or deviations from the approved project plan.

  • Coordinate preparation of monthly progress reports, semiannual monitoring reviews, annual performance reports, external evaluation activities, and other required project reports.
  • Work closely with the Grant Administration Specialist to ensure that expenditures and administrative activities remain consistent with the approved grant budget and project scope.
  • Coordinate the work and deliverables of consultants, subject-matter experts, instructional designers, trainers, and other project partners.
