Job summary

Havel is seeking a Project Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of Temperature Controls systems across data center projects. You’ll oversee all phases of BAS/BMS project execution—from engineering to closeout—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC/BAS/BMS installations, a strong grasp of HVAC and hydronic systems, and proven communication and planning skills. Travel and flexible hours are expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing HVAC, BAS, BMS or control system installations.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and hydronic systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute control system implementation plans tailored to client needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, programmers, and installers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and field surveys.
• Support technical troubleshooting and commissioning efforts.
• Ensure compliance with budget and schedule targets.
• Other duties as assigned.

Geographic Disclosure

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 annual salary

Other Pay: eligible for annual bonus
