Job summary

Cleveland Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-profile commercial projects in our Ohio team. The role focuses on coordinating architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial construction PM, with hospitality/fuel center/big‑box project experience, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of building systems and MEP coordination. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Hospita lity/fuelcenter/bigbox construction experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial buildings systems and MEP coordination.
• Tech savvy with current construction management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• OSHA knowledge required.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and WIP reporting.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and OSHA compliance on all projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and project communication.
