Pratt Industries in Florida is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate with sales, account managers and clients to drive program execution from conception through delivery. The role emphasizes customer service and direct communication with customers on order needs and critical information.
You will support production specs, maintain supplier relationships, track materials, and provide timely client reporting while ensuring project milestones and schedules are met in a dynamic manufacturing
The Project Manager works with the sales team, account managers and clients to facilitate program execution from conception through delivery. The primary focus of this role is one of customer service that communicates directly with the customer (internal or external) on a daily basis as it relates to order needs and other essential information necessary for success.
This position requires fundamental computer skills. A background in display and packaging is required. Milestone management capabilities coupled with holistic thinking/approach enabling pro-active decision making. Proven ability to adapt and solve problems when obstacles, scheduling or otherwise, present themselves.
Excellent communication skills are required in this role. The ability to deliver professional verbal and written communication at all levels of the organization, including directly to the customer is a requirement. This would include the ability to delivery bad news from time to time and show the initiative in providing a possible solution for the customer to consider.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. Minimal travel either to plant sites or customer meetings.
