About the Opportunity

Leidos is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PRM) to lead the planning, coordination, and successful execution of complex technical projects supporting a mission-critical Government customers. The PRM will be part of a team that supports the front-end signal collection life-cycle, including identifying signals, collection, processing, and distribution into larger government collection systems. In this role, the PRM will oversee project scope, schedules, resources, and deliverables while working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer objectives.

What You'll Do
Project Planning & Execution

Lead project planning activities by defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, schedules, and milestones in collaboration with project stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to support successful project execution. Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with customer expectations. Monitor project progress, evaluate project performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain project objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with Government customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to establish project priorities and ensure alignment throughout project execution. Communicate project status, accomplishments, risks, issues, and recommendations through presentations, written reports, and regular stakeholder updates. Foster strong working relationships across multidisciplinary teams to promote collaboration and successful project delivery.

Resource Coordination

Coordinate project resources, assignments, and dependencies to support efficient execution of project activities. Monitor project requirements and resource utilization while identifying opportunities to improve project performance. Support project teams by ensuring responsibilities are clearly defined and project activities remain aligned with established objectives.

Risk & Change Management

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project scope and schedule changes using established change management processes. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change documentation, and lessons learned. Conduct post-project reviews to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and communicate project outcomes to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
  • Clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph, at the time of Application, to be considered for the position.
  • Education Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Four (4) additional years of project management experience may be substituted for the required bachelor's degree.
  • Experience Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing projects of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community or other national security missions.
  • Experience leading complex technical projects within Government or Department of Defense environments.

Pay Range

Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
