Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 3–5 years of project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, and challenges.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and operational requirements.
  • Identify issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate virtual meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, reports, and records.

  • Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and priorities.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and a commitment to meeting project objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Experience managing budgets, project risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Familiarity with process improvement and performance measurement.Experience coordinating cross-functional or international teams.

Annual Salary and Benefits

Estimated annual salary: $85,000–$115,000 USD.
