Job summary

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technology experience in a similar company.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a similar organization.
  • 2 safety-related certifications.
  • Industry certifications (NICET, BICSI, CTS) and training available during the first employment year.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
  • Proficiency in risk identification, problem resolution, and data analysis.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling client information.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project notifications and ensure customers are contacted within 48 hours of project awareness.
  • Review project objectives, timelines, and deliverables with clients and establish a comprehensive communication strategy.
  • Ensure all required project information is provided to Operations from Sales and Engineering.
  • Assign project-related tasks within ConnectWise and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct project information reviews, evaluate potential risks, and provide recommendations and solutions.
  • Create and manage project plans with milestones, budgets, and timelines.
  • Assist in the creation of Gantt charts, risk registers, site safety plans, and resource allocations.
  • Adjust project plans and communicate changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate weekly progress meetings, deliver reports, and maintain project documentation.
  • Ensure project progress is documented in SOX-compliant manner, including schedule and budget adherence.
  • Support CEC Sales/Engineering pre-sales functions by sharing customer knowledge and design expertise.
  • Present work-site walk-throughs to validate locations and identify safety hazards.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to climb ladders up to 12 feet or use a lift for extended heights.
