Intelligence and National Security Alliance seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial construction projects in Louisville, KY. The role spans preconstruction through completion within a well-established General Contractor with a strong Louisville presence.

You will manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and contracts, while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.
• Experience managing industrial, warehouse, distribution center, or commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, procurement, contracts, and cost control.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.

• Review drawings and specifications to identify risks, conflicts, and opportunities.

Project Manager | Louisville, KY

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established General Contractor with a strong presence in the Louisville market and play a key role in delivering complex projects from preconstruction through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify potential risks, conflicts, and opportunities.
• Manage subcontractor buyout, scope reviews, procurement, and contract administration.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and financial performance.
• Review and approve project documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and other project team members.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
• Proven experience managing industrial, warehouse, distribution center, or commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and cost control.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
