Parker Hannifin, a global leader in motion and control technologies, is seeking an experienced engineer to guide R&D efforts in Livermore, CA. The role involves directing and administering research and development activities for new product designs, aligning internal teams and suppliers, and ensuring milestones and budgets are met.
Strong communication with customers and cross-functional teams is essential.
Perform functions to direct, administer and execute research and development activities for new product designs to meet the needs of the market within the capabilities of our manufacturing environment and perform, direct and administer special projects. Must be an advocate and use principles of the Win strategy.
Under administrative direction of the business unit manager, establish standards of performance within overall policy and budgetary limits, with direct accountability for final results. Will work with division and group staff and customers.
