Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking a Project Manager for Strategy & Impact Business Enablement. This full-time remote role leads complex projects across lifecycle phases, aligning stakeholders and delivering business outcomes using Agile, hybrid, and traditional approaches.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, scope, and change, and to drive governance and decision-making at the executive level.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of business experience including 3-4 years leading projects or business transformation initiatives.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, implementation, and close-out phases.
• Conduct discovery, requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process-mapping sessions.
• Develop project charters, business cases, management plans, schedules, budgets, and governance frameworks.
• Manage project scope, assess change impacts, and facilitate governance decision-making.
• Coordinate delivery of project deliverables across internal teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders.

Job Summary

The Project Manager for Strategy & Impact Business Enablement is responsible for leading and delivering complex projects and initiatives within a crown corporation. This full-time remote role involves managing projects through all lifecycle phases, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes by utilizing advanced project management methodologies including Agile, hybrid, and traditional approaches. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks, scope, and change effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, implementation, and close-out phases.
• Conduct discovery, requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process-mapping sessions.
• Develop and maintain project charters, business cases, management plans, schedules, budgets, and governance frameworks.
• Manage project scope, assess change impacts, and facilitate governance decision-making.

• Support communications, marketing, digital media, content production, event planning, and stakeholder engagement workstreams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams.

• Prepare and present updates, recommendations, and decision materials to sponsors, governance bodies, and executives.
