The position duties are as follows: For various and unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S., involving short and long-term assignments. Participate as a member of the project team and work in partnership with Field Management to build safe, high-quality, and profitable construction projects. The role is key to the successful construction of infrastructure projects by monitoring engineering activities while also assisting in the development of our junior employees. Additionally, the position is responsible for collaborating on safe work plans and execution strategies, ensuring project compliance with relevant regulations, and conducting cost estimation and risk management while engaging in client negotiations and contract management. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or its foreign equivalent in a closely related field, followed by five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a heavy civil engineering construction role. Experience must include:
