Job summary

H2E Inc is seeking a professional to lead the development, planning, and execution of industrial electrical engineering projects focused on power and controls/automation. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on experience, with location options Liberty Lake, WA or Helena, MT and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ project management experience in construction or engineering disciplines.
• Innate ability to build and motivate project teams leading to high levels of engagement and success.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills that the people around you recognize and appreciate.
• PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish project objectives by gathering information and planning, obtaining necessary resources, adequately managing constraints, and adapting to changing circumstances.
• Ensure scope, schedule, & budget are documented and managed well throughout project life cycles.
• Lead in problem-solving, risk mitigation, and aligning stakeholders and team members for success.
