Job Description:
The Project Manager will oversee and manage the operational aspects of an ongoing compensation and job architecture initiative, serving as a liaison between project management, project teams, and line management. This role will review project status and budgets, manage schedules, prepare status reports, and help resolve project issues to support productivity, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction objectives.
This project focuses on job architecture design, including the redesign and enhancement of job families, career levels, title governance, and FLSA classifications. The role will also support salary grade and band analysis, market benchmarking, internal equity reviews, financial impact modeling, transition planning, and the development of compensation administration tools and communication materials.
