Job summary

ACE is seeking a Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of complex wastewater construction projects in the Northern Virginia area. You will work with Superintendents and Project Engineers to plan work, manage costs, and drive project success while ensuring safety, quality, and on-schedule delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field and 7+ years in construction, with strong budgeting and scheduling skills, team leadership, and clear client communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor performance and project execution.
• Manage pay applications, cash flow, and project financials.
• Support and lead Project Engineers and co‑ops.
• Coordinate with preconstruction and estimating teams during project startup.
• Identify and resolve project issues related to scope, cost, or schedule.

This role is responsible for managing project performance, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. • Experience with water or wastewater treatment plant construction
